Service Specific Terms

• CitizenDeveloper Application Installation Licensing:
  • CitizenDeveloper hereby grants “unlimited user” Application Installation Licensing to You to use a single Application installed onto the designated number and/or type of Installations, subject to the terms and limitations provided in this Agreement. The typical environment types or roles available to an Installation include Development, Testing and Production. One Application Installation License is a grant to operate one Application using one Installation of a specific type or role. For clarity, One Application deployed in each of a Development, Testing and Production type environments represents 3 distinct Installations of that Application and therefore would require three (3) Application Installation License grants.
  • Further designations in the Agreement or Sales Literature may specify or limit which role or environment a given Application Installation may be installed into:
    • A1000.1 – Any SKU designated as A1000.1 means the Application Installation may only be installed into the Development role.
    • A1000.2 – Any SKU designated as A1000.2 means the Application Installation may only be installed into the Testing role.
    • A1000.3 – Any SKU designated as A1000.3 means the Application Installation may only be installed into the Production role.
  • All licensing must be paid for at the agreed upon rate, paid at the beginning of each Fee Accrual Period with Actual Use and/or Overages paid immediately upon receipt of Invoice, either during or immediately at the end of the Fee Accrual Period.
  • Hosting in support of this grant of License is provided by a different SKU and described by different Service Specific Terms. You agree that You will also need a valid and appropriate hosting agreement to access this Application.
  • If Your Application requires additional User Count, API Usage, Public page access or other hosting demands related to this Licensing not anticipated by CitizenDeveloper at the time of entering into this Licensing Agreement, CitizenDeveloper has the right in its sole discretion to withdraw that Agreement and to offer an alternative Agreement that may include a different rate. If You do not accept this change, You agree that Your services can be canceled without further liability to CitizenDeveloper.
  • Licensing is subject to the Terms listed in the CitizenDeveloper Platform Terms of Service found at https://www.citizendeveloper.com/legal/

• Limitation of Liability
  • I understand that neither party’s aggregate liability with respect to any single incident arising out of or relating to this SKU will exceed the amount paid by me for the then current Fee Accrual Period’s (or the then current month, whichever is smaller, calculated as a single-month proportion of the total amount paid for the Fee Accrual Period) Application Licensing.
